Description
I placed an order for two pairs of reading glasses plus one free pair on May 1st, 2025. When I received their receipt on May 1st, they charged me for three pairs. I immediately sent a complaint and requested that they refund the money (debit card) for the supposedly free pair of $9.99. No refund was issued. I received a response saying that my membership was canceled and my benefits no longer applied. There was no membership listed only the ad for the reading glasses. I have sent a total of eight messages to their support email ([email protected]) requesting that they mail my purchase to me. In response to my June 24,2025 email they said they had a “system error”. Today (July 21, 2025) I told them that they appeared to be fraudulent and that I was contacting the Better Business Bureau.
