Description
This company has been scamming American parents. Initially you are lead to believe that this is a local company who markets potty training supplies. I placed an order directly with the company because there were already dozens of reviews from Amazon from families stating that they were not getting the items as described. It has been 38 days since my order. I have contacted customer support multiple times. They do not have any way to speak to a person. The emails that are sent back are automated. When I did receive a response the company apparently "lost track" of my order and offered to resend it. I was given a false tracking number the second time. I contacted the company again with no response. There are dozens of other parents leaving reviews that the company is not sending product that they have paid for. There was no transparency that each order was coming directly from China and being "processed" by customs. I believe that they are deliberately falsifying information to attract vulnerable parents who are too overwhelmed to go through all the hoops to get their money refunded.
