GentleBands advertises a “Free Return, Hassle-Free, No Questions Asked” policy directly on their website. I ordered wedding bands which arrived 3 sizes too large and of noticeably poor quality. I followed their return process and requested a full refund. Instead of honoring their policy, they repeatedly refused my refund and aggressively pushed an exchange—even after I clearly and repeatedly declined. I was told I could not get a refund unless I chose another ring, which completely contradicts their return terms. I have written documentation of their return policy and their multiple evasive responses. They are deliberately stalling, refusing to issue a refund unless I accept a replacement I do not want. This company is misleading customers, violating their own policy, and wasting consumer time with scripted responses and fake concern. I have since filed a chargeback with my credit card company and will continue escalating until this is resolved. I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method, no exchanges, no store credit, no delays.
