Description
I was doing an online puzzle and an ad came up with a J C Penney logo and clothes for sale. I ordered some clothes thinking i was ordering from JCP. When I didn't get a confirmation email I became suspicious. When I saw the ad again, I noticed in small fonts "stepbud.com". I accessed their website and began inquiring about my order. It's been over 3 weeks and I don't have the items. Apparently they are shipping from China. They just keep telling me to be patient. The biggest issue for me is not so much the money but their deceptive practice of using the JCP logo.
