Description
I ordered perfume from this company back in June. I paid for expedited shipping but after a couple weeks I received zero updates or communication. I reached out to their customer service by email as that’s the only way to contact them and was continuously lied to about when the order was shipping. Finally after zero results in the order being shipped and well over a month of waiting, I asked for a refund on July 10 and was told they processed it right away and to expect it in 7-10 days. Another week went by and my order was not yet refunded, and then they sent me a bogus tracking number.
