I went to there web site and noticed that my puppies do not look as furry as the 4 puppies you sent me. As stated before my puppies do not : * not have realistic movements / like eyes moving in your advertisement * response to touch and voice command Also, my puppies were not in a NICCO robot box as advertised. See below what you advertised! My puppies showed up in a white shipping postal bag. Spending $69.00 is nothing to sneeze at. I want what I paid for. I wanted them for company. I am a widow for 2 years @ 70 years old and wanted the companionship. Please make this right. I can return the 4 you sent and you send me my 4 NICCO robot puppies.
