TravelOHelp misrepresented themselves as a well-known travel company which became evident when I contacted the actual travel company only to find out they had no reservation for me. TravelOHelp meanwhile took tens of thousands of dollars from me. When I had to cancel the trip, they said they had issued me a refund - but I never received it. And they never returned my phone calls. They are A TOTAL SCAM and FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!! I have since become aware of reviews of other people who have also been scammed out of money by them. They are also being reported to the Federal Trade Commission who definitely need to put them out of business - as they will otherwise just continue to scam more and more people out of lots of money and ruin their vacation plans.
