Description
The call came in through a local number, 908-921-3221, but a different number was given to return the call (which we did not do for fear of them using AI or another method to gleen data from our cellphone) They advised us that we had a failure to appear summons that they attempted to serve, but it didn't match the address on file. We were futher advised to contact the issuing attorney, Monica Miller at 844-571-2853. This is clearly the same scam I found online when researching to ascertain it's validity.
