Description

I clicked on a facebook ad indicated that the merchant, Natural Life was having a summer sale. I have ordered from this merchant before. I placed 2 orders and I knew something was wrong when I received an email from the imposter company indicated confirmation and shipment of the items I ordered and the information did not match who I have previously ordered from. I did report this through the FTC and I also reported to Paypal. Paypal did reimburse me for one of the $55 transactions but I am out the other $55 as Paypal refused to pay me for that indicating that it was an authorized transaction. I contacted the imposter seller and demanded the return of my money and was told its too late and that the items were already dispatched. I have received nothing.
