Description

I was shown an ad on Facebook. I clicked on the ad and ordered 3 ball caps. I paid. Tracking was periodically updated with minimal details. Then tracking said the package had been delivered. I had not received it. When I contacted the customer service email, [email protected], I was told just that the package had been delivered to the shipping address on the order. The order/tracking didn't even specify which shipping company was used. When I replied again to inquire about which shipping company had been used, no one ever replied to my email. Now when I click on the original "see your order" in the order email, it goes to a "page not found" error. Clearly the order and the company do not exist and were fraudulent.
