Description
My Mum got a letter without a company letterhead, street, or web address. It stated it was a FINAL NOTICE for a home warranty that may be necessary and mentioned her address AND mortgage company. It mentioned a FORM 9550-WARR which I searched for online. Although a real form in the European Union, I found this is commonly used on scam letters with the same exact phone number as on this letter. In short, it is a scam! Good luck to you, be careful out there.
