I recieved an email regarding a complaint against the business I work for. It looked very strange, so I did not reply. I have added the email below:
Dear Customer, The Better Business Bureau has recorded the above said reclamation from one of your customers regarding their business contacts with you. The detailed description of the consumer's uneasiness is available by clicking the link below. Please pay attention to this question and let us know about your judgement as soon as possible.
