Description

Received (2nd attempt) document entitled "Final Notice" from Northeastern Mortgage Co. Arrived by mail with no return mail number. The document sent by mail only provided a phone # (1-888-748-4557). The document had a "check" attached to document. With information that it [1] "Property Code: 8440758689" and [2] a phone number of 1.888.748.4457. There is another code that I can't confirm applies to our home or some other property : "Property Code 8440758689". The document includes a phrase, which appears to make the recipient that this is very urgent: "We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice." The document includes a "Toll Free" phone number (see above). Further, the document shows the "Hours of Operation". This is another suspicious information item as it reads as: "Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm CST, No Saturdays". This is a Central Time (US) but the document indicates this is from the Northeast. And finally, the document states that the lender is "Northeastern Mortgage Co" in the upper right corner of the document. At the bottom of the document there is a small sentence: "Not affiliated with Northeastern Mortgage Co."
