Description

I placed an order with RushMyPassport.com on 7/2 for 3 week passport service (with travel commencing 7/23). I shipped my paperwork to them the same day with FedEx overnight (they required it to be shipped via FedEx). As of this morning, I heard nothing from the company. I logged in to chat with an agent and was told my passport sat in Memphis for a week, it is not their responsibility (even though they required FedEx) and that I'd now either have to pay $405 for my passport to arrive by 7/23...if not, it would arrive by 7/31. My travel is already booked for 7/23, including flights and hotel. I had no choice but to pay the $405 as the company required me to ship them my current passport.
