I placed an order through WalknWave Inc. (also known as Walk&Wave Inc.) for what was advertised as an official Labubu figure. The product listing clearly represented the item as authentic. However, when the item arrived, it was clearly counterfeit — based on low-quality materials, packaging discrepancies, and lack of branding typical of official Labubu figures. I contacted the company and returned the item using the prepaid return label they provided. I also filed a dispute with PayPal and uploaded full proof of return, including tracking that shows the item was delivered back to the seller. Despite this, the company did not issue a refund. They ignored the PayPal dispute for several weeks and only responded on the final day of the case window, which appears to be an intentional delay tactic. This reflects a pattern of deceptive and unethical behavior — selling counterfeit goods, stalling the refund process, and avoiding direct communication with customers. This is not just a poor customer experience — it appears to be a fraudulent business model based on: • Selling fake or counterfeit items under the pretense of authenticity, • Intentionally delaying responses to refund requests and disputes, • Ignoring all communication until forced by third-party platforms.
