Description
I was purchasing a puppy from a breeder online. They were paid a $300 fee for the puppy. They asked for $100 for paperwork. Then they dropped off the puppy at the deliver driver location. They charged me a refundable $400 for deliver and then after that was paid they demanded $600 more for insurance. This was all done without prior mention or validation of fees for service. They say now that they can not give a refund.
