Description
Found a letter addressed to my mother in the mail "Final Notice" for "warranty extension" on home. Scammer references mortgage lender of house multiple times as well personally identifiable info (PII) on her to make the letter look official. Letter appears as a "FORM 9550-WARR". Scammer gives their call back number 1-800-692-4491 but does not disclose a return address or company name on the envelope.
