Previously I made a coupe of purchases from Kikuya Stationary. The products were not authentic but they were a very good quality counterfeit. Recently I made another purchase. I waited for over 2 weeks and still didn’t receive any tracking number, so I contacted the customer service by email. The response came very quickly with 2 separate tracking numbers given. Today I received part of the purchase and it was totally fake with poor quality. (I bought similar items before and was hoping to get the recent purchase as gifts.) Part of the packing was missing. I immediately contacted the customer service. Needless to say, no response was received. I also made a review on their website with photos and complaints. As I am writing this report, I can no longer find my review on the website as they have already removed it from the website.
