Was called by American Airlines number, could not hear the person clearly but he said that I had cancelled a flight to DFW and he wanted to know the reason why before he processed the refund. Given I was in the middle of the street, I told him that I thought this was a scam. Then after some back and forth he spewed some racist things (based off my last name?) told me i was a loser (ironic) and then hung up
