Description
Seeing an ad on TikTok, I stupidly clicked on it and saw they were offering a cloud sofa for $*****. I ordered it and ended up being charged $***** after shipping and fees. I IMMEDIATELY received an email regarding said order about support. More specifically, if I wanted to dispute this charge through them. This raised a red flag, so I followed the prompts to file my dispute through their website. It's been over a month, I have received nothing. I haven't heard anything from them regarding my purchase.
