I ordered an eye massager for my husband from Myblissia OptiCare Pro. I did receive them. They seem to be made well. They were just too hard on my eyes. I actually order them for my husband who has glaucoma, but thought I best try them before letting him use them. His eye doctor was concerned about him using anything on his eyes. After using the machine, I ended up getting such dry eyes that I struggled to see, so didn't dare let him use it. I wrote the them asking if I could get a refund. I heard once from them asking for my order number. I haven't heard back from them at all. When I resent my message, it now comes back to me. I can no longer pull up the site only by typing in OptiCare Pro.I feel as if we are getting scammed in they give you 180 days, I received my email of shipment, I ordered this item the beginning of M This is my tracking number Tracking number: ************* Carrier: China Post. I didn't realize it was being shipped from China either, but doesn't surprise me either. I would appreciate checking this out. Sincerely, ***** ********* ************************
