I purchased a dress from what seemed like a reputable or business advertised on a social media site, but because I was unable to find any additional information confirming that it was secure I used a credit card that allows me to lock it to prevent theft. Once placed, I received a generic email with myself and dozens of others cc’ed on the email advising our orders were being processed. Once received, the dress zipper was completely unusable. I initially contacted the company inquiring about exchanges as I thought maybe I got the wrong size and that was why the zipper wouldn’t go up, but after trying the zipper off my body is still wouldn’t budge. When I contacted the seller they advised me to take it to a tailor at my own expense and they would give me a 30% discount on a new order. I advised this wasn’t a suitable resolution so they offered $12 refund along with 30% discount. After going back and forth for multiple days (I believe they are over seas as they only reply at 2am) it has become clear they have no intent on offering a refund for their faulty product. They even told me it was wearable as is (literally unzipped to your crotch) and to give it to a friend for the 30% discount. Terrible service all in all and low quality items that they are clearly aware are low quality but the amount of emails they send advising not to dispute with your bank and to contact them in advance prior to receiving your product. Steer clear.
