This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I went on the website which popped up on "Telegram" app and it said $1000 cash free into your account. I made an account and played the game and I 'won' $6950". I wanted to withdraw my winnings but needed to "deposit" $200. I received messages (I have copies of them) that were vague and unhelpful telling me to "Deposit $200 or more" and "don't forget about the fees". I did this and after the fact they asked me for more money stating "You need to pay more. Pay Attention." and "Oh maybe I didn't explain it properly". I did not receive any payout after giving my banking info. After depositing the money, and being asked for more I called my bank and reported the scam. I went back on the site later and decided to just play the game and "won" $580,000" on "the dog house" and other games. It is too easy to win. Do not send them money. There are multiple "reviews" online that are fake. The "customer service" was scripted and rude. I'm still working with my bank to get my money back.
