Description
Promotional offer is a scam. I purposely ordered over $100 of merchandise to claim the offer SUMMER100 for a free cooler with purchase of $100 or more. Upon checkout, I was denied the offer and referred to customer service. They would not help me until I processed the order and submitted an order number for review. They stated that the promo could not be applied because I selected in-store pick up for my order. I checked the exclusion details which do not list any exclusions for in-store pick up. There are no exclusion details stating online or home delivery only. When I brought up this detail, the customer service chat was ended.
