I received a letter that said FINAL NOTICE-RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED. They addressed it to my husband; they had our address and the name of our mortgage company all within the letter. It threatened that failure to call and prevent potential lapse in coverage could result in us being liable for all costs associated with home repairs. When I called, they told me that WE ACTUALLY PURCHASED WITH THEM IN 2022-which was a complete LIE. I immediately asked them to email a copy of the warranty purchase from 2022, at which point, the female stated that she would send it over to me and quickly ended the call. I never received anything from them. I keep records on everything and could find nothing from whomever they are. Nothing on the envelope nor the letter states who they are. In the fine print they state that..."Not all consumers have previous coverage. We are not affiliated with your current mortgage holder." For them to attempt looking up an account for us from 2022, and stating they were going to email me what we purchased and saying that we subscribed for a 3-year policy...was completely false!
