Description
Express Unlock is a susposely a service to unlock phones. They charged a fee of $24.99 which only a search fee and without stating there was additional fees thereafter. After the search, they charged an addtitional fee of $54.00 to unlock the phone. Now they are two more charges one for $1.62 and another for $0.75 called INTERNATIONAL SERVICE ASSESSMENT EXPRESSUNLOCK that also was not disclosed. After 36hrs, they have not unlocked the phone and got an email stating refund for $78.99 but was not informed of the two addition charges. Have attempeted to geather addition information but their website lacks any useful contact information other than forms
