On Facebook I found an add for homemade jewelry, the pictures were beautiful. I placed an order and received it on June 9, 2025. I immediately opened it and was shocked to see very cheap jewelry that you’d expect to get from Asia or China. I contacted the person in the website, Sheryl Duncan, and she writes me back and tells me if I’ll keep the jewelry they will give me back 20% of my money, I said no I wanted a full refund. She then sends me a text telling me that if I send it back it will be costly because I have to mail it back to Asia. She refuses to pay postage and I say she has to because it’s false advertising. My credit card charge was placed in London, her address is in Jamaica, NY and she says I have to return it to Asia and it could take months for a refund.
