              Pure Professionalism. Sean and team saved my skin. Sernco took on my job with a tight deadline for a lot of work. Sean was prompt to get out and get a quote to me, saw the space at 11am and had a quote to me by supper. As soon as Sean stepped into the home I could tell he would be the right choice to work for us. His team is meticulous and precise. Sean notices very little blemish and imperfection beyond what the consumer would notice and he will not let slide anything except perfection. All my walls, doors and baseboards/trim are now pristine and no one would be able to argue that wasn't all brand new. Great communication during the project and I was assured to not have any worries. The work environment was clean and tidied before they left. Sean and team did it right the first time and I would find it tough to believe there are many more other companies that have as much pride in the work they do for their clients.               Sean provided a timely and reasonable estimate for painting our family room, living room, dining room, front entrance and hallway. Sean and Terry arrived at the scheduled time, and did an excellent job efficiently and with no mess or fuss. It's great to know there are painters like you in this city.

              Sean was eager to submit an estimate to paint the parging marks and the area where our chimney used to be on our house. Unlike other companies Sean treated this job as equal to a full paint job. He made sure the paint matched, used GOOD paint, explained everything he would be doing, came on the day he said he would come and completed the job in a very professional way. He made sure that windows, trim etc. were all covered to prevent paint from spraying on them as well as any pipes, wood fencing etc. around the house. My neighbour remarked on how efficient he was. He and his crew were very cordial and approachable. I would highly recommend Sean and his company Sernco Painting & Decorating to anyone, and would use them again without hesitation.

              Sean's team did a great exterior job on my 100-year old cedar shake home in Cathedral. They mitigated a bad paint job done years previously by a different company, which involved stripping the house right down, priming, and two coats of paint. My house glows now! The guys on the crew were courteous and tidy. Every night over a two-week job, they packed and stacked all of their materials and equipment for storage (I had space in my front porch to secure materials). Also, any time they spotted anything of concern on the house, from clogged downspouts to rot in the soffits, they let me know, and showed me exactly where the issue was for future repairs. Highly recommended. I will definitely be looking at Sernco for future work.
