              On May 12, 2021, I spoke with L*** of H2H Movers and requested their moving services, to move and assemble my items, as I am a single 60 year old woman. I I permitted H2H Moving to place a deposit of $100 on my AMEX card, to move my contents in a 10x15 storage unit located at Public Storage, on 10830 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA to ***** ******* ** #116, Encino, CA 91316 (10 miles). On May 20th, the H2H Movers (ttwo) arrived at 1030a in a truck with no lift. The H2H 3rd mover arrived at 1130a and worked until 2p. The movers left the piano in the storage. I did not agree the disorganized, unprofessional 11 hour move; piano top damage, and charged $1837.50. I still had to incur a fee for a piano mover, and pay to for uncrating and assembly of furniture. What H2H Movers did was took advantage of an older woman with predatory business practices, 11 hour move-no stairs, assembly, disassembly, wrap or unwrap and elevator access at both places. How do you justify an 11 hour move?

              V***** and his partner were amazing! Showed up on time, kept in constant communication and handled everything with care. They carefully wrapped my couch, king bed, and even office chairs to protect them. Very polite and will definitely use them again. Best movers I’ve used!
