I think this company is very unprofessional and the staff is very unprofessional in dealing with the customers. We have signed a contract with them on Aug 16 promised for A December install and finally started calling them in late Oct to find out how the bath construction is progressing, well told us it was going to be delayed a couple of weeks. It is now the end of January and still no installation date. We are the ones calling them, they do not return calls and the office staff is rude when you call them and don't return calls as promised. We have asked them to be up front with us but now we just want full refund and they said they will charge a 20% fee. Last we heard is that they are having a problem with the company making the vanity. If they couldn't do what we ordered then they should have told us in the beginning, and we could have changed it or cancelled that part of the contract.Review from Cristina N

After spending over $11k on the remodel of our shower, we noticed that they ruined the ceiling vent. Left holes on the wall and the fixtures are peeling off with in a few months. Not to mention they left a huge mess of dust, ruined the paint on the ceiling and the hallways were a mess. They do not take care of your home in the process of their construction and the job is very rushed. Once we contacted the company we have yet to have any of the repairs care for. They take for ever getting back to us and now they say it won’t be for another 2 months. We paid up front and wish we had not chosen this company. We are going to contact a lawyer as well.Review from Sonia F.

Lack of integrity. Poor customer service. Contract was breached. I have been waiting since April for materials to be delivered and here we are in November being told again, “they’ll call me when the materials arrive from ARIZONA”. LIVID!! Waiting for a call back from the “Lowe’s Ambassador” to call back to discuss a cancellation and full refund of my deposit.Review from Richard B

Word of Caution on Rebath Warranties I had a shower surround installed in 2009, and it worked well for many years. Recently, however, the surround began to pull away from the wall whenever the shower was on for a few minutes and the room became steamy. Because Rebath gave me a warranty on the product and related repair costs, and because this warranty was supposedly good for as long as I owned the house, I contacted the Oxnard store on 9/10/21. My hope was that they would send someone to my house to re-attach the surround. Twenty days later, after I initiated numerous follow up calls and emails (including a video that illustrated the problem), Rebath contacted me to say that their corporate office denied the warranty. I called the corporate office (in Arizona) to find out why and spoke to Lisa, who told me that my warranty did not cover the installation of the adhesive material. I informed Lisa that I had the warranty right in front of me and this was not one of the exceptions listed on the document. She said it was added to their warranty language in 2019 to make the exceptions “clearer.” Rebath was retroactively applying their updated language to my project from 2009 to give themselves an out. They would only send someone to my house at a charge to me. If you are considering using this company, and there is a problem later on, please consider the amount of outreach you will need to do to get a response – and that they may be less than eager to honor their warranties. I have lost confidence in the company and the product and will be looking for another contractor to set things right.Review from Jonathan M.

Right now only giving two stars. When we first had talked with their sales rep they told us that we would sign the contract for 10 weeks when they would “receive everything so they can install”(LIE 1) that was in mid June. He also said that it take usually 6 weeks (LIE 2). That “6 weeks” kinda sold us with them. July i asked for an update and they said still on schedule for 15 Sep. 10 Sep after receiving nothing from the company on any sort of status I had to contact them. After that they said they would call me ( LIE 3) which they did not I, the customer who had already put money down, had to contact them several times in this process. When we were finally able to talk they said they would be able to do the start the installation on 11 Oct (LIE 4). Received a phone call on the Friday before the installation was supposed to begin stating that they still did not have all the parts and would have to cancel the installation until they can get “confirmation” that they would receive the part they were missing. We were warned by another company about this and we ignored them. We should have went with them then out bathroom might actually be done by now. This company uses relatively aggressive and misleading sales tactics. The "designer" / salesperson in our case didn't pay much attention to detail and did not communicate well what to expect, leaving an excess of work to be done on our end to prepare for the install. Worst, though, is the rushed sales tactics that pressure you into signing a contract without being given the time to read it. Leading up to the installation there is virtually no communication. Also expect severe delays to the installation date estimated when signing the contract (that won't prevent them from taking your money right away, however). The installation crew in our case did work of acceptable quality and was actually quite good to work with while they were on site - much easier than anyone else we dealt with at the company, including having better design sense. In our case the installation crew finished the job leaving some severe damage that the company refused to either repair or reimburse for a repair.Review from Stan W

We are very happy to recommend Re-Bath to anyone who is looking to re-do their bathroom. The estimate was very detailed and we were updated every step of the way. Dustin, the installer, did an awesome job and the place was left immaculate with no construction debris anywhere. He was fast and efficient and explained what he was doing while he was there and was happy to answer any questions we had. The bathroom looks better than expected and the products used are quality. Fine job remodeling with shower installation. S*** was professional and so far the installation looks great. I will assume Covid-19 led to long delay in getting contract fulfilled.
