            I ordered a group of items that were priced as a set on 6/18/2021 and was charged $295 total and on the website the order was marked fulfilled with tracking number next to each item that was to be included. First off the tracking numbers were all the same implying all items would be shipped as nothing was marked out of stock and no email was sent stating there were two items not in the shipment! I was charged for all items as it they were all included and the tracking numbers were incorrect on the entire order as well! I have tried to call this company several times as well as reaching out via email and you cannot get anyone to return a phone call or to update me as to the status on the 2 items not shipped. This is a horrible way to conduct business and to charge me for the 2 items not shipped without telling me or following up is false advertisement! The website does not state these items are out of stock as of 7/8! I want a full refund!
