I have been a customer of this business for years. They have provided consistent, reliable and responsive service the entire time. Their customer service is excellent from everyone involved. No matter what the circumstances, I know when I contact them that my concern will be addressed quickly and professionally. The technicians are efficient and knowledgeable. The peace of mind that Knights has provided this homeowner is invaluable.

This is the third time I have used Knights Plumbing and Drain. They are courteous, helpful and communicate in a timely manner. The ladies that answered the phones greeted me with a smile. Both the ladies and ******* helped me understand the process and communicated with me over the entire process. I am very happy with their service.

Good service and great work. But the sales people that came to my house told me to sign up for an annual service to get a discount. I said I didn't want to, because I didn't want to have to cancel. They replied with the fact I could cancel at any time and customers do it all the time. SO sure enough I signed up for this program. Waited a few days like they said and i called to cancel. Now they are telling me that the $4,000 of work they did, they will not guarantee anymore. The gal on the phone said the annual program was their warranty. They replaced part of a gas line, drilled holes into my cabinets and replaced the water heater. And now apparently they won't warranty of of their work because I was tricked into an annual service. So now if anything happens to the work they did, they won't back it up. They also said they'd call me back on this matter and never did.

****** was very professional, got the clogged drain issue resolved quick. He was friendly, polite, and courteous. Will call Knights Plumbing and Drain again. Thank you for a speedy resolution.

Victor and Robert are very professional and courteous. They described how they fill fix the issue very clearly to me. They made sure they left the area clean. Because it was raining, they made sure they always had their booties on every time they went back in the house from grabbing items from the truck.

I came home from work two weeks ago to find my hot water heater had leaked from the bottom and caused a fair amount of wall and floor damage. I needed to have it removed immediately in order to stop any further damage from occurring. I called Knight's Plumbing and Drain on a Friday afternoon. They sent ****************, ****************, and ****** J. out on Sunday. I asked if there would be some sort of cost increase for coming out on Sunday and they assured me this was not the case. They take calls 7-days a week without additional charges. Other companies I contacted either couldn't fit me in for several weeks or offered to come after hours at significantly higher costs. I am so glad ******** was there for me. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. After removing the old heater, ****** offered several replacement options and sent me various quotes. I decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater. They came back 5 days later and installed my new heater (now located in the garage). I am so pleased with the work they did and with how efficient and professional they were. I will definitely continue to use this company for all my plumbing needs.

We have used this company before a few years ago (with Jason), and were pleased, as well, with the overall job and outcome. They are becoming out go-to plumbers, it would seem! ******* and ***** did such a great job! We really appreciate them coming very quickly. I asked their servicer if they have someone available ASAP and they delivered. Our sink were draining upwards when we used the garbage disposal. It goes back up and our dishwasher ended clogging. If it doesn't drain, it just stays on top of the sink. On top of that our first floor bathroom were clogged d/t accumlation of year worth's hair. They were very informative and they were effective and efficient. We love their work!! I highly recommend them. ???????
