Subject: Complaint Against Integrity Auto SalesDear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally file a complaint against Integrity Auto Sales located in **********, **********. On July 28, 2024, I purchased a 2018 ************* S from this dealership for a total of $10,000 as a down payment. Shortly after the purchase, I began experiencing significant issues with the vehicle's transmission.After taking the car to a qualified Porsche mechanic, I was informed that the transmission problems could cost between $10,000 to $20,000 to repair. It appears that the vehicle was sold to me in this defective condition, despite the dealership providing me with a ****** report indicating that it was clean. This was not the case, and I feel that I was misled during the transaction.Since discovering these issues, I have attempted to contact Integrity Auto Sales multiple times via phone and email to request a refund. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with silence, and the manager has even blocked my phone number. Initially, they instructed me to return the vehicle to them with the assurance that I would receive my $10,000 refund; however, I am now unable to reach them at all.I believe that Integrity Auto Sales is taking advantage of consumers and operating in bad faith. Integrity is ran by a bunch of con artists. I was sold a car and drove it for a week and had problems with the car. I then called integrity and they told me my warranty will cover the issues. Integrity salesman *************************** tells me to file a claim with my insurance as the damages are so bad I had to run over a curb or been in a car accident. I showed proof of what I was experiencing and they told me theres nothing they could do for me. I have never been in an accident with this accident. Ive only had it for a week and drive it a handful of times since purchase. I asked for a refund and they wont refund because damages that I did not cause. Super bad business. Manager was very rude and wouldnt give me his name. Shrugged his shoulder as if he didnt care about my concerns as a customer. Horrible horrible business.

This deal is not to be trusted and will give you all kinds of lies. Was sold a car the year off 22 **** fusion with a down payment. These people told me they found financing for me and let me leave the lot. I returned to integrity Auto gives times. With the rest of the down payment. They also Assured me my tags would be in the mail. I never recieved any tags. *************** told me they were waiting on the rest of the paperwork from integrity Auto. 1 year later nothing. I end getting another car. These triphland car salesmen and the owner which I plan on taking to court. Told me there was a repo on the car. Car been sitting in the same spot for a whole year. Let alone had the nerve to say that if I did not get financing for the vehicle I was suppose to pay them. Never in my life time of buying cars have I ever went through any of this. They dont want to return me my down payment. So to court we are going. These people are shady as f*** and cannot be trusted. They will be blasted in every social media and Im suing their owner as well.

These people will go great lengths in order to sell a vehicle even if its not in good working condition. They will lie, they will tell you their mechanics did checked that the vehicle was in perfect conditions and certify this before the sale. Of course, this is the one thing they do not do. I purchase a vehicle and for reasons beyond my control, I could not go to the dealership due to distance, I asked them multiple times about the cars condition and they gave me their word and said before a sale, mechanics certify everything is in good shape; I trusted them. When I got the car, the dash board had a critical message light on, a critical part needed to be replaced and they did not do this beforehand but *************** is great with your vehicle. Fast forward, after 2 months, many calls and getting upset basically telling them nicely theyre noting but a bunch of professional liers, they fixed the problem basically by force. Again, it took them 2 months, a rental car in the worse shape ever oh, and rude people treating me like I was being lucky they gave me a loaner vehicle, a vehicle that could have left me stranded anywhere. Low coolant fluid, break issues in summary, this ones dash board looked like a Christmas tree and they could care less.

My granddaughter went to this car lot to purchase her first vehicle. In the end once they received all my information they made me day owner and my granddaughter the cosigner. I was not purchasing the vehicle for myself as I already have one it is due to be paid in full in July but they twisted everything around never met me before she spent the entire day in their office and they put it on the vehicle in my name. She was not giving a copy of the application until she went back on the office to make a payment. Buyer beware
