Biggest scam ever! My car was parked at a business where I was at for 1 hr exactly, no tow signs in front of the spot I parked in and I get out of my apt to find my car is missing. Come to find out my car was towed, I left my car for a total of 60 min, and gone, towed, no signs, it was Sunday. I go to pick up my car, and the driver is rude to me, the girl that answers their phone told me to deal with it and the charge was $532. They had my car for a total of 3 hrs, 2 of the 3 I was at their place of business waiting for someone to take my money, and give me my car back. Theyre extremely rude and callus people that have zero class. Theyre predators that take advantage of situations and pounce on them. Anything to get a buck I guessReview from Don F

This place is a total SCAM. Towed my sons car from State State, apparently he didn't have the correct permit for the lot, okay that's his fault. He called multiple times to get his car, but Ace In The Hole forwards their calls to an answering service, which allows the company to conveniently not return your call. I personally called on multiple times insisting that someone return the call so we could get our car released, but they NEVER returned our call. Had to wait two days for them to get back to my son, they never returned my calls, and then pay for three days of storage. They also towed our car to their furthest lot, instead of their lot closest to ********* in Rancho, yet another part of their scam. This business is breaking all the rules for a towing company in **********, but is still in business.
