Best to begin at the beginning! Immediate response after call to insurance company. Aside from the plentiful pictures of the problem with our roof, Powers Roofing was able to put a temporary fix in place that did more than prevent further damage to our home and scheduled a complete repair date. They returned a month earlier than scheduled. They helped us coordinate with another company for the stucco portion of the repairs. What pleasant, thoughtful, skilled, efficient, and detail oriented teamwork was provided to our site and ourselves. I will definitely be recommending them on our HOA site and to ALL those family and friend's inquiries. How refreshing to be able to feel your trust in a business was warranted!Review from Debra N

Fantastic service and fantastic company! The entire team at Powers Roof Service was outstanding to work with. Their crew was efficient and took care of roof/valley cleaning, broken tiles, and roof cleanup in a very professional and efficient manner. Their photo documentation of the process and the finished product was very useful to understand their work, what it took, and what was accomplished.Thank you to *****, ******, & the rest of the team at Powers. Best contractor I've ever hired. Very detailed inspection and estimate for each area that needed repair. I was able to choose only the items I wanted repaired at this time. Crew was professional and work was accurate and well done.Review from mark b

How refreshing it was to work with Powers Roof Service. They were responsive, immediately calling me back and scheduling an inspection. The inspector was on time, dressed professionally, articulate and professional. After completing the inspection he provided a detailed list of repairs with options and itemized costs. When I scheduled the repair, they arrived on time and ready to do the work. The kept in contact with my wife and explained to her what they were doing. The Powers team was thorough and efficient, taking before and after photos, highlighting the work that was done. When I got home from work there was no evidence the roofers had been there - they cleaned up as if it was their house.I would say they act and serve like the family businesses of old. My husband and I are so happy with the responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, and quality of work that Powers Roof Service provided. We initially had a roof inspection. After the inspection, we were shown digital photos of potential issues that the inspector found, in addition to an itemized quote for the work. We then requested a couple repairs based on the inspection. Powers Roof Service provided excellent communication and service, and the roofers did an outstanding job - again showing us before and after photos (which are really helpful in my opinion)! Came out after a bad storm that caused a ceiling leak. Patched it up timely and provided us with full roof inspection and pointed out other areas of concern, but wasn't pushy. They listed things in order of priority and worked with over time so it wasn't a monumental expense all at once. They provided before and after pictures so we could actually see what the problem areas were and just how they fixed them. We highly recommend *********** crew @ Powers Roof Service.
