If there is ever a complaint made about staff being unprofessional or rude to clients, we address that immediately. I would ask this person to show any documentation of this disrespectful behavior or any proof they notified us to give us a chance to correct it, discipline or retrain an employee. We are a licensed *********** Brokerage and act as a Fiduciary for our Clients. We take that seriously and a legally binding Property Management Agreement/Contract is what we use as a guide as to what expenses are paid to us for our Services or on behalf of an Owner for Repairs on their Property. So again, I would ask for specifics and proof that we spent any funds that did not go to repair their property or are allowed in the Contract they signed. We can provide copies of this signed contract and we have accounting records of every cent spent. We ultimately stopped services for this Client due to the Owner not wishing to do legally required repairs some involving Fair Housing Violations & Mold. This baseless complaint is retaliation.
