Worst, plumbing business I have ever dealt with the plumber came out approximately two weeks ago he was to fix or replace a kitchen faucet and he was to clean out the plug toilet. He left and said he couldnt repair the toilet and he never did anything to the faucet. Now one of them has no running water in order to get the toilet fixed. I had to pay $300 when I have a home warranty from American Home Shield that I paid monthly and callout fee for $125 home shield denied the claim then I called the city and they came out and done it for free. They told me that these home warranties are horrible after reading all the reviews about American Home Shield I cannot believe the way they treat their clients, but this tops the cake Highway plumbing dont ever use them theyre out of series they will come out and do nothing and then in order to come back and fix the situation. They will charge you hundreds so I have a home warranty both highway plumbing and American Home Shield have refused to replace my $300. American Home Shield has very aggressive customer service and beg you to stay with them. They think theyre going to get a monthly service fee out of me in March but theyre not and I let them know that, we need to do our own research when it comes to contractors and read the reviews cause that more than likely speaks for their quality of work I was told by highway plumbing that a supervisor would be calling me back and also American Home Shield of course that didnt happen because they already had my business and made hundreds off of me so Im out $300. I hope everybody takes this serious. I hope that highway plumbing realizes how horrible they are because they wont fix the situation, nor American home show nobody wants to be liable for either. I am a very outraged senior, and I think they can take advantage of us because of our age or disability theyre all just a joke.
