              - Date: May 2021 - November 2021 - Paid them $10,000 - The business committed their moving relocation services.- Dispute: - Destroyed a sideboard which had been in my family for generations (previously valued at $4,000 but most importantly, priceless as *****************). They shattered every wood plank on the sides, top, front, and back, the drawers, the hinges, collapsing in the middle, on and on. It is beyond repair. I specifically asked them to pay special care and attention to this piece. - Dropped my Thomasville china cabinet, breaking the back panel, the glass in the door, and the doors off their hinges.- Broke the glass in my marble coffee table. - They "misplaced" a $1,000 chair, which after numerous persistent inquiries, they "finally found" three weeks later. They said it was "hidden behind a sofa in the warehouse." - Lost 2 boxes (I had them all accounted for) containing my everyday dishes and kitchen spices. - Just from the remnants of broken glassware they mishandled during the move, I was able to fill 2 large boxes. - The business responded to my request to have the above items repaired by sending me a token check for $315 - Account number : *****

              This outfit was highly recommended by a very reputable person in my community. I never imagined they were rated 3.5 stars with 15 of 54 ratings 1 star All of the poor ratings went the same way for me Including: 1)payment prior to completion 2)Overcharging: $27 for 1 kitchen dish pack box,$100 fuel- they came to my house approx 10 miles and loaded my trailer 3)understaffed and not proper equipment o load hot tub that was discussed the day before confirming move, at initial estimate and when move date was scheduled 4)walking items over ***************************************************** had leaking tire. I offered compressor to fill leaky tire, they refused 5)Vaping outside front door and smell coming into my house 6)leaving unused packing material that I was charged for 7)items dumped into boxes, bent and broken when opened 8)worker injured falling down stairs destroying file cabinet, they never offered any compensation Read Yelp reviews as well Worst ratings in the industry They should definitely be investigated for their business practices
