            Elk Grove Lock and Safe came out to install a new lockset on our front door Tuesday 02/22/2022. They replaced the lockset but now my DEADBOLT doesn't always lock or engage. (It locked successfully for the last 20 years with the old lockset and deadbolt) I called Elk Grove Lock and Safe to have the job done right and ******* an employee and actual installer became very argumentative. So I ask to speak to the manager or owner, which was ***. *** and I had a cordial conversation and he said that he would come out Wednesday and access the problem. I gave him my wife's cell number to contact her because I had doctors appointments all day; he never called her. So I called *** the owner, today to no avail. Was told that he was out in the field. This is a security issue because we can't always lock or engage the DEADBOLT. We paid about $132.00 (labor only) for installation. Please Help!!!
