I was a pregnant passenger of a large limo bus operated by MGM Limousine LLC. The driver was driving negligently and we asked him multiple times to slow down and drive with caution, but the issues did not resolve. We became more concerned with our safety when someone was injured on the way there. The driver stopped very hard and one of the passengers was thrust into the front wall and struck her back on a protruding granite shelf. She sustained a large bruise to her right flank. We advised the driver of the injury and he responded saying that he could not help the sudden stops. But they were happening so frequently and with such force that we were concerned for our safety. On the return trip as we were coming back into the ********** area, the driver stopped hard and very abruptly again. This time it was on the freeway going at a high rate of speed. He stopped with so much force that I was jolted forward and flew approximately 8 feet and struck my head against a metal handrail and lost consciousness. I was bleeding badly from an open wound sustained to my right temple. I was taken to the emergency room and hospitalized. I got stitches on my right temple and was treated for a severe concussion. I was also given an emergency appt for ***** to assess the baby's health. Days following I had serious post-concussive amnesia and neurological deficits and was very concerned about the health of my baby. I have missed multiple days of work and have been spotting since the accident. The ***** appt revealed a Intrauterine hematoma, plausibly from the accident.I have since tried reaching out to the company via phone, text and email looking for answers and their insurance information and all they respond with is that the owner is busy and only he can give me the insurance info. I am distraught that they do not seem concerned or proactive in getting me the information that will assist me in getting treatment. Hoping this report gives me that information.
