Thank you to Sierra Valley Mechanical (SVM). They installed our new HVAC. **** ***** provided us with the different options we requested. He was thorough and professional. Answered all the questions we have and provided a fair price. He was able to schedule the installation as soon as possible. **** emailed all the paperwork once we confirmed with **** we want SVM to install the HVAC.The crew, ******** ***** ***** and ***** came in early. First thing they did is cover the floors with drop cloths. Brought all the equipment and the parts they needed. You can tell the crew knows what needs to be done. They have great teamwork. They were kind, courteous and very professional. They took the time to answer our questions. They brought in ******, extra guy to help out. Everyone was busy working from the time they started until they finish the job. No complaints on how hot it was. Can you imagine working in the attic or outside and its over 100 degrees? They went above and beyond. When they were finish, they cleaned up after themselves. They finish the job in a day!!! ******* made sure the guys were on task and that the new HVAC is working. He set up the new thermostat and guided us in setting up the app. It was wonderful to finally have a good night sleep after the new HVAC was installed.We are extremely grateful and satisfied, They did an outstanding job in installing our new HVAC.
