Only been with them for a short time but already disgusted by this company. They have refilled my tank and charged me when it was almost full, still trying to figure that one out. And most recently, I have sent them payment via check which they have not cashed, but they have decided to shut off and disable my tank for failure to pay. I was told that there is a delay in processing and I can have the propane I already paid for if I pay an emergency $500 emergency fee. Go to H***

This company *************** is the worst, they came to disconnect the gas without my consent and without any notification, and they did that after my husband died, even though my name was on the contract. I did not get any explanation of disconnecting the service and not even an apology.C.B.

This is a terrible company. All these negative reviews are true. They are rude and don't care about customers who rely on them. Poorly managed .I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Doesn't service tanks for weeks then locks it till someone else comes out days later for more money

This company (******* specifically) has low ratings for a reason, most likely the customer service. I had the displeasure of speaking to ********. She kept cutting me off, not letting me voice my concerns, nitpicked at me, and hung up in my face several times. She also laughed that no one else was there when I asked to be transferred. I tried to explain that I was calling because I saw the propane truck come but they didnt deliver any gas. I was requesting itemized receipts for what I pay for monthly (ex: you purchased this many gallons this month). They dont give me that information anymore. ******** went back and forth with me instead of sharing my concern as a customer. I repeatedly told her that I was only calling to make sure Im not charged for this delivery since nothing was delivered, and that Id like receipts stating how many gallons I receive per month from now on. Not possible for her apparently. Most horrid customer service.

I have dealt with ************* for over 40 years. I had rural tank delivery when I lived in ******************** and now I am on metered service with no complaints in ***********. until now. I got two bills for over $300 while I was sick and paid them without noticing the horrible increase in my bills. I called and told the woman that I had metered delivery in Eskaton and it had stayed much the same low rate of near of around $18 a month all the last 4 years. Which were around $18-20. Now I have gotten two bills both being the exact amount, which is impossible, bogus bills. Nothing has changed in my useage and I have not heard one thing from ************* to see why. I would be cooked like bacon if I used that much gas here. Even in the mountains I never had a tank bill that bad and it was a ************************** months. I have had no one call and tell me if the ************* was even was looking into this. I have had no response from ************* at all since talking to their office rep ** ***********

Hello Nevada and Placer County Residents I wanted to express my disappointment with the recent performance of propane service from **************************************** As consumers for over a decade we have been happy up until the past two years. Apparently once our original driver retired things haven't been the same.TWO times in almost a years time my family and I have returned home to the house smelling of gas due to an empty propane tank. This was on the weekends after the return of trips were a truck could be right out. The first time the wife and I just thought it a fluke and went went without for the day and night so a driver would not need to run to the yard and bring a truck by nighttime. Here we are again, no longer a fluke but a pattern of poor planning and service.If you want a business that will provide consistent propane service then keep looking beyond *************.Sincerely Resident

I requested in December 2021 for JSWest Colfax to remove their tank from my property. I have contacted them over 5 times and sent a letter thru fax to please remove their tank. I have talked with the office, I have sent message to their ******** page. I have always been respectful to them. It is the middle of June ******************************* the front yard. 6 months. I have to say that the ************* is not a business I would purchase propane from. They give a bad reputation to the company. Very disrespectful.

Do NOT do business with this company.My 83 & 86 yr old parents live in ********************. My Mom has COPD requiring an electric Nebulizer for her medication. On 12/27/2021 they losr power due to a snow storm. Initially they had power because they purchased a whole house generator, which requires Propane. As soon as they began to run low on Propane, my Sister called their propane company, *************, to get it filled because of my Mother's medical condition. She was told they would not make any urgent efforts to assist my parents, only that they will put my parents "on the list"...************* NO SHOWED. The next day my Dad called them and was told, "we will be out there by 2pm today" My parents waited all day and again they NO SHOWED. The next day my Dad called them and was told, "we don't see you on the list." We urgently attempted to get another Propane company to come fill their tank and were told that because my parents lease their tank from *************, by contract NO OTHER COMPANY CAN FILL THEIR TANK except *************. But ************* will NOT show up!!! They are holding my parents captive by not allowing any other company to help them, even in this decalred State of Emergency.I have sent a request to Gov. ****** to apply a stay to these leases during this State of Emergency so that ANY company who is able and willing to fill Propane may do so. This is a LIFE SAFETY MATTER. People will die if no action is taken....and ************* has no intention on acting!
