Highest Recommendation!We just had them install a new 4 ton HVAC and retro fit vinyl windows/slider door. Thank you ***********************, *****************, ****, ****, *****, *****, **** and all those behind the scenes who were a part of the projects. Respectful, patient, quality products, great experience all around.

Contacted Northwest for the replacement of 9 windows in my house . Initial contact with Notthwest out of ********************* was smooth , sales man came when scheduled and gave a good presentation and answered questions fairly. We accepted his bid , and waited for the e mail and E signed . Then there was a breakdown in communication somewhere , took a bit to get the next phase which was final measurement for order . Once that person showed up things were back on track. Both initial salesman and final measurement gentlemen were good and knowledgeable about there products . Windows were ordered , 4 weeks later the appointment was scheduled and a 4 man crew showed up brite and early on the selected day . This crew knew what they were doing and had all 9 windows out and openings prepped for the new windows in under 2 hours . Great guys, very meticulous and efficient. Also very happy and friendly. By the end of the day all windows were In , framed and caulked . All I had to do was paint the trim . They did a fabulous job of cleanup at the end Other than the trim not matching the rest of the house , no one would notice anything had been done !! Couldnt be happier. Will definitely recommend Northwest

Buyer beware - the installers will make you wish you went elsewhere. This company has been a nightmare to get my problems resolved, its been over a month since my windows were installed and they are still giving me the run around. The people who did the install work were disrespectful and messy. One of the employees was yelling and swearing at the other, in front of me, while my neighbors children are outside. So embarrassing. They broke my solar lights, damaged so many plants, didnt caulk the windows, left my siding hanging off (I nailed it back in) and got my deck covered in caulking. They failed to repair dry rot that I went over with them. To make it worse, they failed to note it on my work order, I could see in the corporate notes regarding my complaint when they sent someone back to address the poor work they did. *** never witnessed such disrespect from a work crew before. The one employee who was particularly aggressive intimidated me, I didnt want him to turn on me as a small young woman home alone so I just watched in shock. After this, I emailed the salesperson who was apologetic and had someone return to see the work that was done. He took photos of the damage, we discussed the dry rot failure, he addressed the caulking, repaired my siding, and cleaned my deck. He reassured me corporate would do the right thing and address my damaged garden and broken solar path lights within a month. No one ever did, so I followed up. The *** called me once, left a voicemail and *** tried calling him back over 5 times over the course of 2 weeks. He is conveniently never available to take my call. Overall this is a complete failure to make a situation right and do right by your customers. If a customer is dissatisfied and dealing with damage that is literally costing them money out of their pocket, you should do the right thing and reimburse for the damages. I gave them a chance to make it better but their true colors are shining through.

I was so worried about how dirty or dusty my things were going to after getting 22 windows and 2 doors installed. But to my surprise it wasn't bad like some of my friends told me it would be. ****************** and **** was very professional and didn't make a mess. Even when they had to replace 7 dry rot around the windows. They vacuumed every room and hallway even through they didn't work in that area. I would recommend Northwest Exterior to everyone.

*************************** was thorough in giving a diagnosis regarding our hvac and explained our options. There was no pressure in going one way or the other. Definitely a great company from the initial call to make an appointment to scheduling. Thanks to **** and *****************: AEH&A did an all around great job. Beginning with the 2nd opinion, the consult to chose a new HVAC, to the installation of the ****************** The technicians, sales ***** *********** rebate rep. and the people answering the phones & making appointments. ALL worked like a well oiled machine. It was a stressless, pleasant experience. I feel we made a great choice with this company AND an ALL electric HVAC system! I'm looking forward to a reduced PG&E ****????. Thank you, thank you, gracias ??????

****** came today and installed our newest window.We had a flimsy, 27-year old window upgraded to a lovely Anlin Del Mar from Northwest.Firstly, these windows are the highest quality, best value windows Ive ever had the pleasure of using (we had the rest of the house done almost a year ago).****** was INCREDIBLY fast. And super friendly and accommodating.Not to mention the fact he had no problem navigating the 300-foot, narrow, uphill, winding driveway (with nowhere to turn around), and then carrying the incredibly large and heavy window up the long staircase into the house.He made it all look easy. He also didnt complain about the messy back deck with potted plants in his way.He just got to work and completed the job amazingly efficiently and quickly!Im extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the workmanship. Northwest not only uses the best quality materials, they employ the best quality workers.Thank you Northwest.

The installation crew did a great job installing windows I would definitely recommend them very professional
