Champions has no competitors and apply the worst payment policies. They consistently and DISCRETELY charge fines and payments sometimes for unused days ahead of time, and take advantage of the fact that people that DO need their services are busy people who dont have the time to check whats being charged to them and why.They apparently do not care that they have EXCLUSIVELY AWFUL REVIEWS for their customer service and choose to make everyone mad and miserable by NOT SETTING automated **** REMINDERS and FINE WARNING. This would be extremely simple, but they CHOOSE NOT TO, because THEY DON'T NEED TO. I wish it wasn't the only option out there. They are protected by the policy you signed prior to enrolling your children, and you can ONLY CALL them to resolve any issue, which ensures there is ZERO PROOF of anyone's complaints about overcharging and over-billing (I assume?). They also charge an annually recurring **** of $50 for processing fees which is absolutely outrageous considering the fact that there seems to be zero connection between the staff on site and their awful automated software that keeps billing, charging, over and over, long after your child does not even attend the program anymore.

Im so irate with this business! We got the notification from her school stating they are offering after school program through champions, the moment we got the information we had our daughter enrolled for the school year before she even started. Fast forward to only being in school for a month to find out on Monday at pickup she has been dis-enrollment from the program. I asked why and the lady stated it was due to a non payment, I pulled my phone out and proved to her on the spot that it wasnt the case we had a $0.00 balance and would like to know the real reason why we were did-enrolled. I was told to contact there main line to discuss it, I called and they were not available and no way to leave a message I then email inquiring why I was not given communication on the dis-enrollment and now have to re-enroll and be placed on a waitlist. I finally got a text from someone saying that they are a state run program and are short staffed so are unable to take on more the 15 kids at a time, I inquired about if this was the reason my child was drop from the program and was never confirmed that was the reason. I was told I had to pay for the re-enrollment fees but I refused not understanding why she was originally un-enrolled in the first place. Thankfully I work from home and was able to scramble to pick up my child and get things figured out with the school but this was so unprofessional with no communication or a reason for the dismissal Im absolutely disgusted with this business and the way they treated people.

After advising Champions customers service that my child would not be attending the following 2 weeks due to covid exposure they advised me it would have to be approved by a manager for refund which took them over 3 weeks to apply to my account resulting in my child being unenrolled from his scheduled days. After calling in to confirm why this hadn't been removed MULTIPLE times I was reassured my child would not be unenrolled they where simply waiting on the late fee to be removed. I called to make my payment for the following week on Wednesday and was told I couldn't because that invoice was not available until Thursday. I call back yet again Thursday seeing how I could not change/approve my child's day of attendance because of the late fee still pending removal. Thursday comes and I have no balance so I call again only to be told my son was unenrolled and I would have to be waitlisted due to MY LATE FEE that took them over 2 weeks to remove customer service tells me nothing but incorrect information gives me the directors number only to leave over 4 voice mails after reading reviews I simply gave up no longer wish to have my son in the program &am waiting on conformation to verify he is not enrolled and removed from the waitlist seeing how people seem to magically get charged after being unenrolled.
