The rooms were nice, however the security was inappropriate and the service at the front desk and restaurants was rude.

While we have attempted to clarify the nature of concern by corresponding with this guest and/or affiliate, they were not able to provide a detailed response regarding our amenities or services. Cache Creek Casino Resort takes great pride in our level of service and commitment to our guest experience. In regards to gaming as entertainment, we are always open to suggestions for new to market devices and offers. One of the worst casino u could ever think of, always lost, very racist casino, employees are very disrespectful and their wining chances are 99%and 1% is urs, I hate cache creek, u guys are the rip offs, plz don't visit, they will put u on the street.Cache Creek Casino Response

A VIP Service Representative reached out to this guest and her associate. Unfortunately, the guest did not provide reasonable context to her complaint related to our services or accommodations.
