They do not honor their own prices! They clearly had an item marked and then said they would not sell us it for that price. They also had agreed to a price on four other items and tried to charge us two hundred more dollars

Hi ******, I spoke with ***** about what he quoted you and your husband. I have a copy of the proposal in my hand as do you. You asked for a copy and ***** gave it to you. Heres the breakdown. $399 Blaze Single Burner + $249 for the 14 single Door + $249 for the 14 Horizontal Door + $232 for The Fire Magic sink and faucet set + $222 the floor model Knife drawer w/ cutting board. Our Sub total was $1,351.00..For Some reason your math showed $1,154 for the subtotal. So ***** decided to walk both you and your husband around the showroom and pointed out all of the pricing on the products that you were interested in. You also forgot to mention that you demanded a 15% discount because you felt that your math was correct. Unfortunately, your math was off and we could not do what you wanted. We did honor & give you the $232 sink/faucet price and gave you an addl $50 off the knife drawer. Im sorry we have set prices because of slim margins. We gave you a small discount but we cannot lose money because your math was off. We cannot give you additional 15% as you requested. We wish you the best.

Hi I just want to clarify I never demanded anything. ***** wasn't there at the time. The salesman had verbally agreed to a lower price, then he wrote up the sales and it was higher. When we said forget we won't buy the items except for the sink that had the price tag on it. The salesman then wouldn't honor the price on the sink. He said it was a mistake. That is bait and switch. I don't demand or argue with people but when you are being slimmy and changing prices that are actually marked you are a terrible business. The fact that he is trying to make me sound like I demand something and being unreasonable makes them a slimmy. I'm glad we didn't do business either them. We found a better company that is professional and honest
