      Great cars is host to the most sickening low level selfish narcissistic salesman. I am doing you a service announcement and urging you to drive right on by. I purchased a 2009 ****** Tacoma in July. When I drove off the lot the air conditioner failed. As well as some other small electrical issues. I drove back to ********** with a scheduled appointment oh, they fixed the minor electrical issues and told me the air conditioning was fixed and I could come back. I was just down the street having lunch in 100 degree weather oh, I walked back having no truck in the heat to the dealership. ******* with his feet on his desk in the air conditioning, bullshiting with his friend not selling cars not working not doing paperwork, his hands folded behind his head with his legs on his desk in his air-conditioned office told me to go get my car. Across the street. Four lanes of traffic. And 90 to 100 degrees heat. So like an idiot I did. I really couldn't believe this guy's audacity and how arrogant you have to be to make a man do this after he just spent 20 grand. Nevertheless I just wanted to be done with it. I signed the paperwork pick my car up and drove the two hours home. The air conditioning failed again along the way. You see they never fixed it they just filled it with freon. Back and forth we would argue for weeks with **** and his despicable staff. All class and diplomacy was lost they called me a b**** f***** why do I keep on ******** **** and the list goes on, I was completely shocked at the words coming to me over the phone. I sure was told I should have known better and it just gets more shocking. I didn't give up though I kept on trying to talk to **** and let him know this was unreasonable. We both knew the air-conditioning had problems before the sale and now they are completely abandoned their customer. They had turned their back on me. I went to another place we tried to fix the ** and New Finally determined after charging me $40 it needed a new compressorLike I said I didn't give up and finally offer to buy a compressor and have me pay for labor to pay the to fix the **. These guys are really low level greedy men that you should not as hardworking men and women have to deal with. A week or two later they finally back down and agreed to pay for the labor as well. But they tried to wear me down. It was like talking to gangsters from *******, and then you have **** who is Justice sleazy just not openly. My pressure sensors on the tires were promised to be fixed and never were, and they never even put the floor mats in when I call the way, this is really a nutshell of the Despicable treatment I had to undergo after my truck was totaled and had to purchase a new one in the middle of a pandemic. This place is Despicable and I all of you keep on looking somewhere else

      I don't understand the anger, really! Every trip you made to that mechanic costs us money. Money that we did not have to pay. But as with the case of all of our customers, we take bride of what we do, and we always work with them and they are never turned back. You are a testimony to that.We have been in business for over 14 years. It is the income for many of us working at this dealership. Please appreciate that you bought a nice truck and we worked with you to fix those minor issues. And the mechanic that fixed your truck is a reputable business with 10 mechanics working in that business. As for ********** heat, yes it gets **** hot here in Sacto in the summer! We are in it for 4 months every year!
