      My mother passed away leaving behind a leased Mercedes she paid up to three years. She only got through one year. I tried to take it back to Mercedes for them to tell me to wait the 40 days after death. And they should be able to give me the difference or close to what she put down being the car had 70 miles. I go back the 40 days as I am instructed. Thinking, we were just finishing up what we had discussed prior. The sales rep ****** up the documents for me to sign to give the car the car back. No money back. She went back on what it is we previously discussed, tried to steal the car from me.. basically. and acts as if she didn't know it was paid up 2 more years.Or maybe she forgot that I knew. Either way I feel like she was taking advantage during my time of grief and the fact that I am a younger African American women.

      I leased a barely three months old 2021 GLS 580 and the car doesn't start last Saturday. I had it toll to the Von Housen where I leased this vehicle. The lease is $2,150 per month. I called service Monday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. I spoke to three service reps and the first two promised me that someone will call me back to give me a status update on the vehicle. I told them I don't have a vehicle to drive and ask them to see if it will be a quick fix or something longer. No one called me so I called back the third times, a lady told me that the earliest the vehicle will be look at is a week to 10-days. She said that's standard procedure for vehicle tolled in. I told her this is not standard procedure. That's a brand new car and it doesn't run. It's not my fault that the vehicle is a piece of garbage. I ask her to have it expedited and she said there's nothing she can do. So I ask to speak to the manager *******************. He promised that the part will be ***** next day. They will get it at 10:00 and I'll have my vehicle back 1 or 2 pm Tuesday. I didn't anything until late afternoon when I got a text saying I won't get my vehicle back until next week Tuesday. So I called the general manager ******************* back and he said the battery was route to the wrong place in *****. He promise me again it'll be ready on Wednesday. Same thing happened again on ********************* Broken promises and I still don't have my vehicle back and they didn't have a loaner for me at all for a week. This is a shady tactic to relieve their responsibility from having to provide me with a vehicle for the whole week. Should have honest and up front with me so that I wouldn't be waiting everyday for my vehicle. These people at Von Housen is very dishonest & treat their loyal customers like dirt. This is my 9th 100-thousand dollars Vehicles with this dealer in the past 7-years and will be my last. This business is very ungrateful!
