To keep it short enough, DONT GO TO THEM IF YOUR VEHICLE ISNT under warranty. Going from a softtop to a hardtop on my 2007 Jeep became an electrical nightmare. The manager *** was rude and very unprofessional. They never put the new codes in to incorporate the hardtop and I kept having electrical problems. After 2 1/2 months of dealing with them I got a call saying that there was a short in my aftermarket tow package. At that point I told them not to touch my tow package. When I picked it up I checked the driver side rear lighting that they said a short was in it. I unscrew the four bolts, and found that a white wire was disconnected and a thin hard plastic 1/4 inch by 1/2 inch was inserted into the slot that my light should go in with the light bulb on top of it I immediately showed it to the service guy who had been very good with me throughout all of this, and asked him to get me another female prong and the tool to attach the wire to the female prong so that it could then be attached to the male prong. I also showed him the plastic piece, put behind my light put everything back together and drove away. When I got back to my ** I hooked up the Jeep to the ** and everything worked fine. I finally took it to *******. They figured out the problem and got the codes they needed and now my Jeep works great. Unfortunately my hardtop leeks, something else the Jeep dealership couldnt get right. Just stay away from them, Would have gave them a minus 5 if I could have and I will never trust them again.

COMPLETE SCAM OF A DEALERSHIP. Spoke with **** starting Wednesday 10/4 about a used ****** Rav 4 hybrid XLE they STILL have listed for $27,399. He offered to bring it down to me in ******* to purchase, and we decided to go up to see it instead when they offered to match the financing % I got from my credit union. I was worried about it selling before we made it, and asked if he could bring it to me to purchase on Friday 10/6. He said I was better off coming to see it at my 1pm appointment time on Saturday 10/7 and assured me that it would not be sold, because he had put it in for smogging. So, we drive up on Saturday 2+ hours from ******* after making arrangements for our dogs to be watched. **** texted me that morning saying he would not make it, but his partner **** would help me out when I arrived. **** was busy when we arrived, so another employee started to help us. He pulled up a non-hybrid RAV4, and tried to sell it to us before he finally told us that he had sold the car we came to see 1 hour before we got there... He then tried to sell me on completely different vehicles. A complete waste of an entire day, and added mileage to my trade-in devaluing the car I need to sell. This business is running a complete scam, and will directly lie to you to get people to drive out to ********* to see cars that do not exist there, just to try to sell you on completely different cars once you get there. The car is STILL listed for sale online today 10/11, and I am still getting emails from them regarding this car... BUYERS BEWARE! Don't trust if they tell you they're working ways to hold it for you. They are not. THEY LIST CARS FOR SALE THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK. I feel completely scammed and insulted by their lies. At least they filled up our gas tank, which is better than nothing, but gas doesn't make up for adding 220 miles to my car, lying to me about how it would still be there, and wasting my family's entire day. DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

This dealership is underhanded **** and ****** beware they left parts off my car wanted to charge me for things my car did not need taking advantage of senior citizens and unaware owners whom trust dealerships ... Don't Trust this one. !!! Buyer Beware. (F) rating

On 01/18/2022 boyfriend and I traded in our 2018 ***** Silverado for a 2022 Ram Laramie. We negotiated with our salesman Sanjay and his manager **** for a few hours, our main thing we wanted at the end of the day was to keep our rims and tires from the *****. Since they couldnt put Dodge rims and tires on a ***** Sanjay and **** both said that we could bring in unmarked ones and put them on the ***** and get our other ones back. We all went back and fourth for hours and agreed on a good price for the truck with a good interest rate WHILE keeping our rims and tires. We finished up our deal and Sanjay told us we could come in within a week to swap them out so went on our way. The very next day (Wednesday) we called him and asked when we could come by he said he had to talk to his manager. We called him the next day (Thursday) and he said he needed to talk to his manager. So then on Friday we called again and he told my boyfriend that he could no longer do that. So I called him and all he told me was he said we couldnt get them back when we did the deal and Id have to talk to a manager. So right after that I went and talked to his manager and he told us it was Sanjays incompetence and that he couldnt do anything about it. I continued to call and no one would get back to me. All I wanted was someone to either give my rims and tires back, cut us a check or take care of the payments to make up for the $4,500 we were screwed out of. I talked to *************************** and she continued to tell us she couldnt do anything for us and it was our fault for not reading the contract even though this was a verbal agreement between us and the salesman and his manager. She said they did nothing wrong. Since then I have found out that Sanjay has been fired but if he didnt do anything wrong then why was he fired?
