  On one my projects EO59 has assisted the dam owner, their various consultants and the other interested parties in their effort to keep their site safe by providing timely (bi-weekly) updates to their part of the monitoring program. The ability to independently access the data by all authorized users, independent of any other reporting schedules, provides close to "real-time" information on the embankment. The review of the historic data set that is automatically collected by the satellite operators provides allowed our project to review data that was collected before there was a known concern at the site which is a service that conventional surveying and LiDAR can't provide. We have found that the color-coded format of the presentation of data is intuitive to use and can be quickly evaluated once you become familiar with it. The drop-down menus which allow the whole data history for individual points to be reviewed is very useful for a more detailed assessment of a point of further interest. EO59 recently added additional functionality that makes monitoring wider areas more efficient with the option to temporarily "hide" data sets that aren't changing so that areas of change can be quickly spotted. My firm has also engaged EO59 on some additional sites (pre-contract evaluations) where EO59 has pre-screened the data set to determine if the quality data set is worth the cost of processing it, at no cost to the Owner. We and our clients have found EO59's technical explanations comprehendible for their process without getting too deep into the details of the mathematics that drive process, which includes managing expectations as to what the data sets means. If you ask, you can have a "deeper dive" into the details of how it all works given by one of EO59's technical experts. We will be using this service on other projects when it is applicable.

  I would highly recommend working with EO59. Each person that we have interacted with has been extremely helpful, available when needed, and able to explain the complex processes in a simple way. They provide high quality data, which we are using to monitor for deformation at one of our hydroelectric projects. We will likely be using their services at several of our other projects. They have a vast knowledge of the service they provide and are able to explain the data in a clear manner.
